HVAC Support Technician

This position will provide service and support to customers with an emphasis on technical inquiries. You will instruct customers on the proper application, selection and installation of a variety of venting and ventilation products. This position will also assist in customer support through planned and pro-active customer follow-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and e-mailed inquiries about product selection, application and troubleshooting product.

  • General customer service and support of inquiries involving Purchase Orders.

  • Pro-active customer service and support follow-up.

  • Monitor industry chat rooms and respond to relevant topics and issues.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook

  • Solid math skills with the ability to establish factors and numerical data

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • High School Diploma

  • 2 or more years education or experience in HVAC or electrical Preferred
