Staff Accountant

This opportunity located near St. Paul will be responsible for preparing and analyzing labor use reports and labor cost collection system. Will also identify material and labor variances, and material cost increases. Update MRP system with product costs. Some Human Resource support responsibilities.

Other duties:

• Inventory Valuations

• Cash flow reporting

• Prepare month end reports

• AP/AR

• Process employee commissions

• State sales tax reporting/payments

• Bank statement reconciliation

Qualifications:

• BS degree in accounting or equivalent experience and education

• 3-4 years manufacturing and product costing experience

• Proficient with spreadsheets

• Proficient with database management
